1 course unit Primarily a laboratory course focused on exploring classic and contemporary experiments from atomic, nuclear, thermal, and quantum physics, with an emphasis on interfacing instrumentation and error analysis. This course will culminate in an extended experimental or theoretical research project. Students will present results in both written and oral presentations. Offered every spring.
