BUS 360 - Organizational Behavior1 course unit This course is a general introduction to the key concepts and theories in the fields of Organizational Behavior and Industrial/Organizational psychology. The teaching model involves experiential learning, reflective observation, abstract thinking, and experimentation. Students inquire into why people behave as they do with an emphasis on the human processes that occur in groups and organizations. They also engage in a team service-learning project in which they experience organizational issues first hand and learn about being a catalyst for change. Students are active participants in group exercises, role-plays, oral presentations, and simulations. Prerequisite(s): BUS 236 Management .
