DEI 590 - Culminating Project Seminar

This seminar, building off of the work started in DEI 571, will provide students with support for completing their culminating project. This project will examine the students’ present workplace context and describe its culture, challenges and opportunities. Students will, as part of the project, draft a list of recommendations that comport with legal requirements, that make improvements on the climate of the workplace and foster a sense of belonging. Upon successful completion of the course, students will:

● Integrate theory and practice into a quality project designed to address a diversity, equity, and inclusion concern within their own organizational or community context.
