To declare and remain in good standing in the History major a student must achieve and maintain at least a 2.00 grade point average in all courses required for the major.
Six advanced courses in history. Students must complete at least one course in each of the three areas of study: European, American, and Non-Western. At least one of the six advanced courses must have context whose focus is primarily before 1789.
