EDU 548 - Advanced Methods Seminar

This graduate-level course builds upon theoretical and experiential knowledge and skills developed through prior program methodology coursework and field experiences. By examining topics such as curriculum development and revision, instructional materials selection, curricular differentiation, and issues of controversy in content area specialties, students will view curriculum design with an increasingly broader lens. Students will also hone their skills in integrating reading, writing, problem-solving, critical thinking, assessment, culturally relevant and sustaining education, technology, and active learning in content area specialties.
