This course will prepare students for their culminating project to be completed during the next session by challenging them to consider their own professional context. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring students begin developing a comprehensive assessment strategy and gain experience analyzing existing quantitative and qualitative data to conduct a holistic workplace assessment and recommend next steps in developing a culture of equity and belonging. Upon successful completion of the course, students will:

● Understand methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and communicating various types of quantitative and qualitative data.

● Utilize existing data to gain greater insight on organizational strengths and challenges in preparation for the culminating project.
