Course unit(s):1 Prerequisite(s): BIO 175 From Organisms to Molecules. An overview of the cellular, molecular, and developmental mechanisms that control embryogenesis from fertilization through organogenesis. Laboratories include the study of live embryos from sea urchins to chickens as well as preserved embryo slides. Three class hours plus three laboratory hours per week.
