1 course unit A course intended to examine the nature and functions of money and the factors determining its exchange value. Emphasis is placed on the structure of the financial system and the effect of monetary policies in light of Keynesian and Post Keynesian developments. Prerequisite(s): ECN 101 - Principles of Macroeconomics and ECN 102 - Principles of Microeconomics and FIN 237 - Corporation Finance or permission of instructor.
