Concepts of Biology is a collection of courses that vary in topic but are similarly designed to introduce students to the scientific way of knowing. They are designed for students who do not intend to pursue a career in the biological sciences or related field. The courses are not usually open to students who have completed BIO 160 Foundations of Biological Inquiry, BIO 165 From Ecosystems to Organisms, or BIO 152 Principles of Biology III: Molecules & Cells.
