PSY 324 - Philosophical Psychology1 course unit Students explore selected topics in the interface of psychology (a discipline striving to understand biopsychosocial persons from biopsychosocial perspectives) and philosophy. We wrestle with how philosophical and theoretical assumptions shape psychology and neuroscience, how psychology and neuroscience findings and theories shape philosophy, and how current understandings of key psychological-philosophical topics - including thinking, emotions, and ethics (e.g., moral behavior, cognition, emotions, and character ) - integrate psychology, philosophy, and neuroscience. Prerequisite(s): PSY 101 Introductory Psychology
